9月16日，黑龙江省消防救援队伍2026年度实战技能比武竞赛在哈尔滨举行。全省13个市(地)消防救援支队，500余名消防救援人员参加比武竞赛。
在首个比赛日现场，油池火扑救与化工装置堵漏操(特勤站)科目展开激烈角逐。参赛队员身着全套防护装备，佩戴空气呼吸器，携带泡沫枪、水带和堵漏器材迅速进入作业区，围绕火情侦察、泡沫覆盖灭火、冷却抑爆、带压堵漏、洗消清理等环节展开比拼。各队在贴近实战的环境中比速度、比规范、比协同，全面检验了救援队伍应对油池火灾和化工装置泄漏事故的应急处置与协同作战能力。
据悉，此次比武竞赛设置灭火救援、调度指挥、应急通信、装备维护4个单元18项科目，覆盖多岗位人员，构建起全维度比拼的竞赛体系。
